ERP and CRM · Saudi Arabia

ERP and CRM for Saudi businesses, evaluated against real work.

Use Tellency to evaluate connected sales, stock, purchasing, manufacturing, retail, and finance workflows. For teams in Riyadh, Jeddah, or other Saudi locations, define the required transactions, controls, integrations, and local outputs before implementation.

Connect the sales commitment to operations

Import a representative customer or lead list and test duplicate handling, ownership, qualification, conversion, and opportunity stages. Then show the handoff to the operational process your business uses. Ask each role to inspect the same customer commitment and the records it needs.

Tellency includes these CRM workflows, with AI-assisted lead scoring that uses a model-based path and a rules fallback. Test the prioritisation process with your own sales team. Scoring is a decision aid, not a guarantee of conversion or revenue.

Test stock, production, and the exception path

For a trading operation, follow a transfer through approval, shipping, receipt, and posting. For a manufacturer, follow a work order through release, start, hold, resume, and completion. Include a quality inspection and examine passed, failed, rework, or scrap outcomes.

These are implemented workflows to demonstrate, not a promise that every capacity-planning, material-planning, or industry-specific requirement is included. Bring your product units, batches, locations, inspection rules, and reports to establish the supported configuration.

Evaluate ZATCA requirements as a specific workstream

Use the official ZATCA e-invoicing resources below to prepare your requirements with your adviser. Ask for evidence of the exact document generation, integration, environment, credentials, responses, corrections, and operating responsibilities required for your business.

This page does not assert that Tellency is ZATCA-approved, certified, or already integrated for your deployment. A finance or invoice screen alone is not proof of the required integration. Confirm scope, testing evidence, service responsibilities, and acceptance before purchase.

Make the staff and finance requirements testable

Demonstrate required Arabic and English documents and screens, role permissions, payroll outputs, payment services, and retention arrangements. Agree which capabilities are supported directly and which require configuration, an integration, or additional work.

For finance, test recurring billing drafts, overdue reminders, and bank reconciliation using sample documents. Inspect approval records and exports with your accountant. Confirm currency, tax, and entity-reporting requirements individually rather than assuming that a regional label covers them.

Agree the implementation and total cost

Bring your current systems, approximate users and locations, sample documents, product list, open balances, and integration requirements. Agree data mappings, reconciliation, permissions, training, and acceptance before setting the cutover date. Use anonymised records during the initial evaluation.

Tellency platform pricing starts at $79 USD per user per month. Included modules, migration, deployment, integrations, support, and AI usage charges must be confirmed in a proposal. Around eight weeks is a typical planning reference; the agreed schedule depends on scope and readiness. Managed cloud and self-hosted deployment options should be assessed alongside data-location and operating responsibilities.

Questions before implementation

What is included in the demonstration?

Bring two or three complete transactions, including an exception. The demonstration should identify the supported workflow, permissions, reporting, configuration, and any integration or additional work needed.

Are local tax filing, payroll outputs, and language packs included?

Confirm these individually using the exact documents and workflows your business requires. This page does not establish statutory certification, electronic filing, or availability of every language or integration.

How is deployment agreed?

Managed cloud and self-hosted options are available. Agree data location, administration, updates, backups, recovery, access, and support responsibilities in your proposal.

Evaluate Tellency against your own workflows.

Bring your current systems, user count, and operating requirements. We’ll discuss the fit, migration scope, deployment, and total cost.
