Start with the decision you need to make

A demonstration becomes useful when your team can inspect the resulting record, reconcile the numbers and distinguish a tested workflow from a future configuration task. These worksheets turn broad requirements into repeatable checks.

The scenarios are illustrative acceptance criteria, not results from a customer deployment and not a claim that every Tellency configuration passes every test. Agree the environment, roles, data and expected result before running them.

  • Use a sandbox and representative, non-confidential data.
  • Record PASS, FAIL, CONFIGURATION REQUIRED, INTEGRATION REQUIRED or NOT TESTED.
  • Retain evidence, gap ownership and acceptance sign-off rather than a feature tick alone.

Manufacturing ERP acceptance-test pack

Nine scenarios cover BOM revisions, material shortages, capacity conflicts, lot identity, scrap/rework, quality holds, costing, order correction and agent permissions. Each case asks for the resulting records and downstream stock or financial checks.

For example, an order requires 100 components and usable stock is 80. Add expected supply and inspect the shortage calculation. A schedule view or BOM estimate alone does not establish the planning or accounting treatment your business needs.

ERP migration and cutover workbook

A fill-in register for data ownership, field mapping, dependency order, rejection logs, control totals, dry runs, cutover authority and rollback. It includes an illustrative customer-balance reconciliation that checks documents as well as the net total.

Define the source timestamp and acceptance criteria before importing. Keep credentials outside the register, protect exports and agree how transactions entered during a cutover or rollback will be reconciled. Accounting cutover requires the finance owner’s approval.

Retail ERP and POS operations test pack

Nine scenarios trace partial receipts, branch transfer discrepancies, sales and discounts, returns, day-end reconciliation, count differences, expiry controls, device/connectivity needs and online-order handoffs.

The pack identifies Ajwa and Bin Saeed only by their confirmed module scopes. It does not imply either customer performed these illustrative tests, uses a particular integration or achieved an unapproved numerical result.

Using the ERP evaluation tools

Are these downloads free and editable?

Yes. The plain-text worksheets can be copied into your project register and adapted. No email or account is required.

Can we use them to compare other ERP products?

Yes. Run the same agreed data and acceptance criteria with each vendor. Record limitations, configuration, integrations and unresolved gaps.

Do the scenarios prove a Tellency feature is implemented for us?

No. They are proposed tests. Demonstrate the workflow, permissions, records and reconciliation in the configuration being offered to your business.

Evaluate Tellency against your own workflows.

Bring your current systems, user count, and operating requirements. We’ll discuss the fit, migration scope, deployment, and total cost.
