ERP and CRM · United Arab Emirates

ERP and CRM for UAE trading and retail teams.

Connect customer follow-up, purchasing, inventory, retail, and finance in a Tellency evaluation built around your transactions. For operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or elsewhere in the UAE, agree the required configuration and operating responsibilities before rollout.

Give the demonstration a complete trading transaction

Bring a customer enquiry that becomes an order, a supplier purchase, and a partial delivery. Show which person owns each step, how stock availability affects the commitment, and what finance needs to reconcile afterwards. Include an exception such as a short receipt or returned item.

Tellency includes CRM ownership and opportunity workflows alongside inventory, purchasing, and finance. Confirm the full transaction and any integrations using representative records. Do not assume a named module includes your shipping, banking, marketplace, or payment-provider connection.

Review the store and warehouse together

Tellency implements transfer approval, shipment, receipt, and posting, plus lot expiry monitoring. Test a movement between locations and inspect how the receiving team handles a difference. For retail operations, demonstrate loyalty cards, gift-card issue and redemption, reversals, and layaway payments and reservations.

Bring your required counters, devices, labels, product units, and payment methods. Confirm hardware compatibility, deployment, network assumptions, and any additional services in the proposal. A screen demonstration does not establish that every device or payment integration is included.

Make UAE invoicing and language requirements explicit

Use the Ministry of Finance eInvoicing guidance below when preparing your requirements with your adviser. Ask the implementation team to demonstrate the exact document, data exchange, service-provider connection, and exception handling needed for your business. This page does not claim UAE eInvoicing accreditation or automated statutory filing.

Review VAT treatment, payroll and wage-payment requirements, document languages, currencies, and record retention with the appropriate business owners. Confirm each supported output and responsibility in writing; neither a finance module nor a bilingual requirement establishes compliance by itself.

Trace recurring charges and bank movements

Tellency supports recurring invoice and bill drafts, overdue-reminder workflows with sending logs, and bank-statement import and matching. Demonstrate a changed recurring charge, an overdue invoice, and a bank movement that needs manual review.

Agree who approves drafts, corrects mismatches, and completes reconciliations. Check sample exports and the source transaction links. Separately demonstrate any foreign-currency revaluation, multi-entity consolidation, or specialist free-zone reporting you require.

Agree the implementation and total cost

Bring your current systems, approximate users and locations, sample documents, product list, open balances, and integration requirements. Agree data mappings, reconciliation, permissions, training, and acceptance before setting the cutover date. Use anonymised records during the initial evaluation.

Tellency platform pricing starts at $79 USD per user per month. Included modules, migration, deployment, integrations, support, and AI usage charges must be confirmed in a proposal. Around eight weeks is a typical planning reference; the agreed schedule depends on scope and readiness. Managed cloud and self-hosted deployment options should be assessed alongside data-location and operating responsibilities.

Questions before implementation

What is included in the demonstration?

Bring two or three complete transactions, including an exception. The demonstration should identify the supported workflow, permissions, reporting, configuration, and any integration or additional work needed.

Are local tax filing, payroll outputs, and language packs included?

Confirm these individually using the exact documents and workflows your business requires. This page does not establish statutory certification, electronic filing, or availability of every language or integration.

How is deployment agreed?

Managed cloud and self-hosted options are available. Agree data location, administration, updates, backups, recovery, access, and support responsibilities in your proposal.

Evaluate Tellency against your own workflows.

Bring your current systems, user count, and operating requirements. We’ll discuss the fit, migration scope, deployment, and total cost.
