Define the operating responsibilities
Managed cloud and self-hosted deployment options are available. Agree who manages updates, infrastructure access, monitoring, backups, restoration, and incident communication before signing the implementation scope.
Ask for the backup frequency, retention period, restoration procedure, and a recovery demonstration for the proposed environment. Confirm data location, access arrangements, and any contractual requirements with the implementation team.
