Connected operations. A country-by-country implementation plan.

Evaluate Tellency ERP and CRM for your European Union business, from inventory and manufacturing to sales and finance. Start with a shared operating model, then confirm the language, reporting, tax, hosting and integration requirements for each entity.

By the Tellency team · Updated

One operating model, specific requirements for each entity

An EU rollout needs more than a single regional configuration. List each entity, its country, working language, transaction currencies, warehouses, users and current accounting tools. Identify what should be shared and what must remain separate.

Tellency connects finance, CRM, inventory, procurement, manufacturing and retail workflows. Managed cloud and self-hosted deployment are available. Confirm the proposed configuration with a demonstration and an implementation scope.

Manufacturing and printing: follow material to finished goods

Use one product and one revised order to review MRP, production scheduling, shop-floor records, quality and costing. For a printer, add substrates, BOM revisions, job requirements and the expected finance reports.

Keep specialist print estimating, machine connections and other external systems in the integration inventory. Demonstrate any required data exchange and exception handling.

Inventory, distribution and customer commitments

Use a customer order to review stock availability, purchasing, partial receipts and transfers between locations. Connect the stock movement to the records that finance reconciles.

For operations across countries, agree the ownership and reporting of in-transit stock, document numbering and the treatment of transactions between entities. Demonstrate the proposed model rather than assuming all cross-border workflows are enabled.

Resolve local accounting and document requirements

Create a country-specific acceptance list with your advisers: tax codes, invoice fields, document language, accounting exports, electronic invoicing, reporting and payroll requirements where relevant. Record the required output and the evidence needed for acceptance.

This regional guide does not assert certified VAT filing, statutory submissions, electronic-invoicing connections or payroll support in every EU country. Confirm each required service and any integration work in the proposal.

Agree data location and operating responsibilities

Discuss the hosting region, access controls, backup retention, restore procedures, subprocessors, support arrangements and data export before selecting deployment. Self-hosting changes the responsibilities your team needs to manage.

Have the appropriate reviewers assess contractual and privacy requirements for your specific processing. A hosting option or a regional marketing page does not establish GDPR compliance.

Compare vendors using the same evidence

Bring the same item catalogue, customer sample, balances and exception scenarios to each vendor. Review the subscription, implementation, migration, integrations and support separately. Tellency platform pricing starts at $79 USD per user per month; the proposal confirms scope and charges.

English-language information is the starting point here. Confirm the interface and document languages required by your staff. The United Kingdom has a separate evaluation page.

Your questions, answered

Does Tellency have an EU office?

This page describes an evaluation for EU businesses and does not claim a local office. Discuss implementation delivery, support coverage and hosting location with the team.

Does this cover every EU tax or payroll system?

No blanket coverage is claimed. Provide country-specific requirements and request a demonstration and written confirmation for each required output or integration.
