Retail, supermarkets and ecommerce

For supermarkets, connect receiving, purchasing, stock and checkout with finance. Ajwa Cash & Carry uses Tellency across these supermarket operations. Bin Saeed uses POS, inventory and procurement.

For online retail, review the separate branded website and white-label iOS/Android offering. Neither customer reference establishes that these customers use Tellency ecommerce or mobile shopping apps.

Manufacturing, printing and furniture

Connect materials, BOMs, production orders, planning, quality and costing. Follow the manufacturing pages for MRP, finite-capacity production scheduling, shop-floor records, lot traceability and standard-cost/WIP review.

Printing and furniture evaluations need specific examples: substrate or component quantities, revisions, work centres, quality decisions and the connection to finance. Specialist estimating, cutting optimisation and machine integrations need their own scope.

Wholesale and multi-location distribution

Review the flow from customer order and supplier purchase to receipt, warehouse transfer and financial reconciliation. Use partial deliveries and stock discrepancies to compare systems.

Inventory and purchasing are the core starting points. Capture specialist trade pricing, EDI, route planning or logistics requirements separately so they can be demonstrated rather than inferred.

Professional services and project delivery

Connect lead ownership, quotations, customer records, projects, tasks, milestones and time entries. Ask delivery and finance teams to demonstrate how their records reach the required reports.

Project time entry does not by itself establish automatic billing or revenue recognition. Scope the required handoffs using one representative engagement.

Plan for your operating markets

Evaluate Tellency for Canada, the United States, Australia and the European Union using the requirements of each legal entity. Keep the same core workflow, then add local accounting, document, language, hosting and integration acceptance checks.

A regional page does not establish local tax filing or payroll coverage. Confirm the configuration and responsibilities with your finance and implementation teams.
